Breakfast was excellent, the staff were attentive, and the location was good overall. The night we stayed, Bandung’s pollution was so bad that the elevator brought dirty air into the lobby; it wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but the poor air quality did affect our experience.

The room was spacious, very clean, comfortable, and the view from the room was good. Nothing else was an issue, but a pool would be great if we bring kids.

Everything was very good. The hotel has no smoking rooms and there’s no market nearby – not even a 7‑11 or similar.
