The hostel is a few minutes from Kinshichō station, the trip is simple, and there are restaurants and convenience stores along the way. It’s very clean and well equipped. The area around the station is lively, but the street is very quiet, so we slept well. The owner offered water bottles in the fridge, which is appreciated in this heat. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, but there are no condiments—no oil, soy sauce, salt, etc.—so you have to buy everything for a few days and throw it away at the end of the stay. The coffee is light too, only 4 capsules for 4 people on a 7‑day stay.
Choosing this place for the trip was a very smart decision; the room was spotless and exactly as shown in the pictures, and it accommodated all six of us. We booked the host’s private car service to Mt. Fuji, which was very reasonable and avoided the pitfalls of outside services. From JR Kintetsu Station it’s about a 7‑minute walk, very convenient. The host was very patient in recommending delicious and affordable yakiniku and sushi spots. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I visit Tokyo. Wishing the owner continued success!
