The rooms were tidy and clean, and a short walk takes you to the Vatican. The staff went above and beyond, especially after one guest in a party lost his passport, ensuring we had a great stay and offering extra support. The only tip I’d give is to highlight in the literature that you should call the phone number right after arrival; I was a bit confused until we called and the staff met us at the entrance. The staff were welcoming and helpful, though this place isn’t the typical bed‑and‑breakfast I’m used to.

The bathrooms were great, the elevator was fast but small, and breakfast was good. The coffee at breakfast was only decaf, parking is free but hard to find, and there’s a small garage option for €35 a day. Google shows a wrong picture of the apartment.

The location near the Vatican and the San Pedro station, plus nearby shops and restaurants, is convenient. The friendly service and quick problem‑solving by Alessio and Emilia were appreciated. Some room defects—cracks on the wall and a leaking shower—were present. Breakfast had limited options, and the room wasn’t well insulated; we could hear other guests talking in the kitchen.
