I had a truly exceptional experience with the hotel staff, particularly with WIDHI, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. She expertly handled all my requests and even helped me book a room for the next day. Her exceptional service truly made my stay stand out, and I would highly recommend her as a shining example of the hotel's commitment to excellent customer service.

I felt like I was staying in a luxurious home of my own at this hotel - the atmosphere was so warm and inviting, it felt like I was part of the family. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and I felt right at home from the moment I arrived.

My stay at this hotel was quite enjoyable, with a seamless check-in process and friendly staff. The room was clean, and the bathroom was spotless. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and I appreciated the availability of both hot and cold water. The TV was a smart TV, and the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the kunir asem. However, I would advise against leaving any food on the floor, as it might attract ants.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming, making my stay a pleasant one. However, I felt that the price was not justified by the quality of service and amenities provided.
