It was perfect for a wedding night, with warm and very courteous staff. The décor in our room cost only 10 000 francs yet looked stunning; special thanks to the receptionist that day and the decoration team, true professionals.

I want to report a serious issue with the AC in Room P102: it technically worked but never cooled properly. Whenever I set it to 24 °C, 23 °C, or 22 °C, it automatically returned to 25 °C within seconds; I spent almost an hour trying to adjust it, but the problem persisted. The room stayed very hot all night, preventing me from sleeping after a long journey, so the experience was very unpleasant. Room P102 still has the same AC problem today.
