“最高！”
The breakfast was fantastic and the whole property looked spotless, with a brand‑new bath and a ReFa hair dryer that I really appreciated; the supplied shampoo and body wash were from POLA and felt exceptionally good, and the room was spacious, so I’ll definitely book again whenever I stay in Kyoto. The staff were generally courteous, but the front desk team lacked a clean, professional appearance, which gave a poor first impression and lowered the hotel’s overall class—such a shame, especially since the restaurant and housekeeping staff were attentive and pleasant.
