“Schöne lage, schlechtes service”

The location of the hotel is very good, but the service needs improvement. I have never experienced a situation where I could not receive bathrobes and slippers for the pool, even when asking; they said it was not included in the room price, although the booking page listed it as included.

“An average stay with a bed i could feel the springs in and with a poor breakfast offering”

The hotel’s location was convenient for the business I was attending, and there were lovely walking routes off the back of the property; the gym was well‑equipped. The staff were friendly and both check‑in and check‑out were efficient and hassle‑free. However, I could feel the springs in my bed and had to request another topper. I asked for a quiet room but was given room 113, which is adjacent to a busy road; the windows are not double‑glazed, so traffic noise is audible. Breakfast was mostly self‑serve, lukewarm, and made with cheap ingredients. The shower pressure was about 200 psi, wasteful and hard to use. The car park is chargeable. I emailed the hotel about these issues and have not received a reply. I have stayed here several times, and this visit was probably one of my worst experiences.

Front‑desk staff were very helpful and friendly, and the restaurant staff matched that level of service. The beds felt a bit hard.

“Very relaxing staty”

The family hotel was fantastic, with an amazing breakfast and food that was fantastic; the staff were helpful and friendly, and the kids’ breakfast was second to none. Nothing negative to mention.
