“Einfach aber gut mit freundlichem Service”

When I arrived, there was no staff on site, so I left a phone number; about five minutes later a courteous gentleman came, greeted me warmly, handed me the room key and shared all the necessary information. The double room for single use was very spacious, though the furnishings felt a bit dated but acceptable. The bathroom and towels were fine. Breakfast arrived on time, and the modest selection of sliced cheese, turkey sausage, jam, butter and fruit was nicely arranged on a plate. The coffee was good and I was asked if I wanted a refill. I found the service attentive yet unobtrusive, and overall the stay was good with fair value. The downside was that the room had no Wi‑Fi, so the TV was very limited. My room faced the train station, and when the window was open the announcements and other noises were loud, but I still slept well at night with the window closed.

“Super schön und sehr gemütlich.”

I was very satisfied with my stay at Hotel Bürgergesellschaft. The room was clean and cosy, the staff friendly and helpful. I especially liked the central location and the good value for money. Breakfast was really good for the price. Overall a pleasant stay – I would definitely recommend the hotel. The only small criticism was that the room was a bit noisy. Otherwise the stay was really pleasant and I was very satisfied.
