“Didn’t expect to be bombarded with sales pitch to attend a sales pitch. Check in was tedious. Area needed updating. Pool”

Kitchen and pool. Bed was lumpy and extremely uncomfortable. 2nd bedroom had a king sized mattress/bed in a queen sized room. Could barely access closet

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, but the refrigerator never chilled my food and drinks properly, so I had to keep everything in my family's fridge.

From check‑in to check‑out everything was flawless – the place was clean, comfortable, and the staff were great.

“Family trip it’s something I would love to experience with another people”

The apartment had a wonderful atmosphere and the staff were friendly, yet I noticed a $45.00 charge on my card that I didn’t make at the hotel, which is confusing.

“This was ours third stay and we will return for years to come thanks to the beautiful property and excellent staff !”

The property was well maintained and stocked with everything we needed, so we never had to leave the resort; however, some activities were cancelled or rescheduled without notice, and the family above us had so many kids running and jumping that it sounded like they were coming through the floor—larger families might want to stay on the lower floors.
