The room was very nice, spacious, and the bed extremely comfortable; the staff member who handled check‑in and helped get the hair dryer working was very friendly and helpful, though there was a misunderstanding about breakfast that prevented us from eating it, which can happen once in a while.

The lodging was excellent, calm, and the air‑conditioning worked well; however, hot water was only available in the morning and the hair dryer was non‑functional.

We felt completely at ease; the staff were exceptionally friendly, the room was very spacious and comfortable—especially the two sinks—and the restaurant food, particularly the truffle dishes, was delicious; the optional breakfast costs 20 € per person, not cheap but truly excellent and highly recommended; we didn't use the Wi‑Fi so we can't comment on it. The property is somewhat remote, but for those riding the Parenzana bike trail it’s ideal, right on the route for a convenient stop. Overall, a great place we gladly recommend.

A spacious room, a perfect bathroom, a very comfortable bed, excellent equipment like a coffee machine and a tea kettle. The balcony offers a great view of the city square.

The staff were good, but the finishing touches of the equipment were lacking.
