The hotel enjoys a prime location; despite its age it’s been very well maintained, the front desk staff are well‑trained and provide excellent service—truly living up to the Crowne Plaza name.
“Box tick business hotel, not a real crowne plaza”
The location is good, but it’s not a real Crowne Plaza—just a badge. The rooms smell of smoke, and many of the facilities feel exaggerated.
The Wi‑Fi was completely non‑functional.

Breakfast was plentiful with a wide variety of options.

I loved the camera setup, but there was nothing else to complain about.
