The staff were excellent, the location and fountain view were amazing, the bed was very comfortable, temperature control worked well, the shower was good though the water pressure was a bit low. The hotel is huge, so you have to walk a long way from the parking garage to the building, passing two sets of elevators. The elevator screens need better labeling so the floor numbers aren’t overwritten. The bathroom mirror was broken. The bedroom fridge cabinet made noise; adding bumpers would help. There was no breakfast; only a grab‑and‑go option.

Nothing about the property. Definitely not dog friendly. I had to walk three blocks just to find a patch of grass for my dog’s potty. No facilities for pets.

The pillows were great, but we never heard about the broken ice machine when we checked in, so we had to wander up five floors looking for ice, which was frustrating. When we asked staff for help, they didn’t give us the assistance we expected. We also asked for directions to the baseball stadium, but the information we got was wrong and caused more trouble. The building felt very outdated, and at $400 a night it didn’t live up to our expectations.
