Good location, nice room. The buffet was only mediocre, staff barely noticeable (no reception, check‑in online).

The breakfast was very good, but for a 4‑star hotel I can’t accept this place. The furniture is quite old‑fashioned, the dining atmosphere feels more like a cafeteria, with no tablecloths or artificial flowers. The hotel apparently offers a discount for parking, but hardly anyone understood the system, so more people had to pay. Towels and trash cans are only changed or emptied when you ask.

We had a huge room. Unfortunately the sauna was unusable because of a fire, and we would have preferred a menu for the buffet instead of just the buffet itself.
