The entire place was horrendously dirty when we arrived; it felt like we were the first guests in a month. There were no hygiene supplies—no soap or shampoo—and the towels and bedding were in terrible condition, with plenty of hair found in the bed. We understand it isn’t a hotel, but this level of unhygienic condition is unacceptable.
