Nexstay Asma Tower

The breakfast could use some improvement, even though there were a few options available.

From the front desk to the hotel itself and the exit door, everything was spot‑on. 10/10.

“We used to stay in this hotel from years and the quality is deteriorating year by year.”

The location is great for a lot of activities, and getting a cab or taxi is easy. It’s also very close to the bus stand and shopping malls. The food at Asma Tower is good, offering traditional dishes. On the downside, housekeeping was awful—rooms were assigned without proper cleaning, and bed linens and pillow covers were not changed. Water dripped everywhere from the air conditioner, and I found human hair in the bed, on the chair, and on the floor.

I booked the room for a guest, and the hotel staff kept me in the loop throughout. I’m very pleased with their service.

Ajay at the front desk was extremely helpful. Unfortunately, the room’s facilities are in bad shape—the flooring and walls are falling apart and the place needs a full refurbishment.
