The room was spacious and stocked with children’s toys, which made the kids thrilled, yet we had to wait a long time to check in and the bathroom door wouldn’t close.

For elderly guests the system and service were problematic; I didn’t feel safe staying at an unmanned hotel, so I cancelled on the spot and booked elsewhere, only to be told by the staff that because I’d paid by credit card there would be no refund.
