The staff here are absolute stars - so friendly and helpful, it's a credit to the place
The cleanliness of the room - the carpet was a bit of a letdown, it could've been vacuumed better
The breakfast is top-notch too

“The staff was wonderful, kind, and helpful!”
We had a wonderful stay! The room was so quaint! We loved it there and cannot wait to go back!
“You feel at home and welcome from the moment you step over the threshold”
It felt like home, with a welcoming atmosphere, great location, friendly staff, tasty food, and wonderful people who don’t take themselves too seriously!

The location and staff were great. The rooms were comfortable but small. Breakfast was good and the staff were very accommodating. Unfortunately, London was going through a heat wave and there was no air conditioning during our stay.
The room was beautiful, very spacious and elegant. The staff were brilliant and the breakfast was great.

The food was delicious and the service excellent—the cappuccinos were perfect and I liked the espresso machine in the room. I received a notification that there is no lift, but I hadn’t expected to be at the top of the building; it was good exercise, but this should be highlighted for older guests!
