I appreciated the service and the smile at reception. I also liked that when I asked to extend my check‑out a little, they didn’t. They explained in a nice way that they simply couldn’t because they had a group; the attitude was very respectful and pleasant—well done!

The location was fantastic, the staff were excellent, the restaurant superb, and the breakfast was great and varied. We were extremely satisfied with our stay and recommend the hotel with both hands. Everything was fine!

The hotel’s location in the bazaar was fantastic, the room felt like home, spotless and comfortable with a river view. The restaurant was very good, staff were attentive and friendly. Breakfast was wonderful. We were very pleased and would choose this hotel again.

Walking into the lobby was wow. The room had a carpet that gathers a lot of dirt even though it gets cleaned. The pillow was low and very soft, almost as if it was missing. The internet was weak. And the bathroom was terrible—broken tile, a high tub that’s hard to get in and out of, especially when wet. I can’t see how short, elderly, or disabled people would manage to use that tub. The garden outside the hotel is abandoned.
