The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with restaurants and shops nearby. It’s close to the metro stop and 20 minutes by car from Nanjing Road, 15 minutes from Hongquiao Airport. The buffet breakfast was good, rooms were clean and comfortable. A distinctive feature is the robot that circulates around the hotel to deliver food and other items to rooms on request. It’s a place I would return to.
