Hilton Garden Inn Mardin

Everything was wonderful! I’m very satisfied. If I ever return to Mardin, I’ll book the Hilton again. Nothing.

“Hersey Çok Güzeldi Sessiz Sakin Araba Gürültüsünden Uzak Bir Bölge”

The small-town vibe of the local merchants really pleased me. My group of about 20 people, which meant 9–10 rooms, all booked through the hotel. As a frequent traveler, I made my reservation directly as usual. The other friends in my group also booked directly and the price difference was almost none; we paid the same rates. When we arrived, we learned that our reservation included breakfast. I explained the situation to the front‑desk staff and asked them not to charge us for breakfast because of my mistake, but they said I should speak to the manager. At check‑out we were not charged for breakfast at all, which could have been a few thousand Turkish lira, but I think that was in line with the local hospitality of Mardin. Now that I’ve been here, I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mardin or the surrounding area. Thanks for the breakfast that was offered.

The hotel is typical of this chain, with very good standards and pleasant staff. There were no problems during my stay. The hotel has its own parking for cars. The hotel is located in the lower part of the city; reaching the historic centre requires a drive, and walking there is hardly possible.

The place was spotless, comfortable, and the service was excellent. Nothing was lacking; everything was perfect.
