Mike was so helpful with my delivery (first time). He guided me with my apps and next steps. Great view even it’s in 2nd floor

The fact that this hotel is on Shamian was a plus, yet my room faced a noisy street with people shouting outside at 2 or 3 a.m., even though I had requested a quiet room, which I had gotten last time.
