The host; Francesca, she was welcoming, friendly and her customer service was outstanding. She was very helpful with suggestions on restaurants, how to navigate the city and see the many attractions of Rome. The apartment was wonderful with a lovely bathroom/shower. Very CLEAN. I wish we could have stayed longer
