The location is impeccable, the historic building is beautiful, and the room and bed are comfortable and adequately sized, as is the bathroom. Most of the staff are very helpful and attentive to guests. The room had a slight musty smell, the breakfast had no physical or digital menu so guests had to rely on the attendant’s memory, and the pillows needed replacement. Some parts of the property and staff training by the hotel management need updating.

The location was good, the room was large with a comfortable bed, yet the rooms were old, the room was cold and there were no extra blankets for two single beds, so we all slept together on the double bed; breakfast was weak, eggs took a long time to serve and items like water and coffee were slow to replenish, the gym was non‑existent except for a treadmill.
