The gates were locked when I arrived, even though I had already booked, and a lady on the phone was very “amabile” and told us how to cancel the reservation.

This place has a super relaxing atmosphere, and the staff is really friendly and helpful. The food is amazing, all locally sourced, and the hotel itself is beautiful and spotless. I'd definitely come back.

The room was spacious and the facilities were great, but that's about it. Unfortunately, there's not much else to say.

The sauna was actually pretty nice, but it was way overpriced. The kids' play area was a total letdown, with old and worn-out equipment. And to top it off, the jacuzzi didn't even work. For 500 lei a night, it's just not worth it.
