The location is perfect, the owner is truly very good and welcoming, we had a wonderful stay, the room is very spacious, and the view from the balcony was stunning.
“Нам было очень комфортно, мы были с ребенком 3 лет и скошечкой.”
We had a great time at this hotel. The room was very clean and thoughtfully arranged for guests’ convenience. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were perfectly white and pleasant. Something happened with the air‑conditioner in our room, and they immediately offered to change rooms because it needed repair. Yes, the location is excellent, close to the metro, the promenade, and a delicious pizzeria. It was very quiet, the windows face a quiet courtyard, not a noisy street. The value for money exceeded my expectations. There is a lift at the hotel entrance. When you press the button to open the water tank at the top, water splashes out, but I think that can be fixed.
The location is excellent and the value for money is decent, but there are stairs everywhere.
Just steps from the Mergellina metro station, opposite Piazza Sannazaro, a very nice spot. The rooms are beautiful and very clean, ours had been recently renovated. The owner is helpful. Around the area there are several pizzerias and a beautiful seafront.
I was drawn to the location near the waterfront, but the place turned out to be a guest house in a regular building on one of the floors. The corridor windows were open all the way, there was no guard, and the city felt very unsafe. The room had an unpleasant odor, and the owner was very unpleasant, strange, and sly. The locks were old and the doors were hard to open. When I asked how to open the doors, the owner reacted in a sickly way. Breakfast was on the street next door, and I was reluctantly told where it was. No parking was provided even though I had booked a spot; it was just a tiny garage in the wall. I arrived late by car and had been looking specifically for a hotel with parking. The owner asked for the car brand, but the car would have fit if the side mirrors were folded, which I can’t because one is broken. They denied me parking. I drove 1.5 hours around the city and couldn’t leave my car anywhere. They demanded either the keys to my Mercedes or a 50‑euro fee for foreigners and still wanted the keys, which felt mafia‑like. I was forced to leave the city. I asked the owner to refund at least the second night, and he behaved inappropriately, shouted at me on the phone, insulted me, and threatened police. I just wanted to clarify because I spent less than an hour there. I packed my things and left. If you want to avoid unpleasant emotions and being robbed at night, don't stay here.
