15‑minute walk to Bondi Beach, easy to get to the main part of Bondi. Apartment was modern and spotless, owners were super attentive. Definitely coming back.

Good for short or long stays. Close to cafés, restaurants, and Bondi Beach. Public transport is a breeze, and the bedroom and bathroom were in great shape.

Clean and presentable, but it was a shared dwelling. The owner was on site and moved my stuff while I was out. Random food in the fridge, laundry full of other people's items, and the description didn't match at all. Very disappointed.

Location is convenient, but the listing was a lie. They said the room was air‑conditioned, but it was just one part of the house and it turned into an oven in October. No ceiling fan, just a stand fan, and the other amenities were in the owner's living area, feeling like you were intruding. No lift for big suitcases and the sheets weren't fresh.
