A private balcony and terrace overlook the garden and mountains, providing a balcony space with garden view. The Family Suite sleeps four guests across a living area and a separate bedroom, includes a wardrobe, dining area, flat‑screen TV with satellite and cable channels, and a private entrance. “Estás genial pero ….”
The place looks very pretty and amazing, but it’s too noisy from other guests (Spanish) and the road.
The room was large and comfortable, everything was clean. Good location close to the entrance of Tayronan park. The only drawback was the passing road right in front of the hotel. Apart from that everything was very good, the staff very nice and accommodating.

The pool is small, but great for a quick dip. The most positive thing I can say about the place is that they let us store our luggage there while we were inside Tayrona Park. When we arrived around 16.30, we were first shown to a room that was obviously too small for 4 people (1 queen‑size bed and 1 single bed) and was not the room we had booked. They then decided to ask other guests to move rooms, but the room we had booked had to be cleaned first, so it took a long time before we got the room we had booked. The place is right on a very wide road, and the noise is massive. We only slept a few hours at night. Breakfast is very sparse. They charge a 6 % fee if the stay is paid by card. This is the first time we’ve encountered that at an accommodation, even though we’ve traveled for over three months. The staff helped us order food at one of the places that had their menu posted at the reception. It took about 2 hours before the food arrived.
The staff were super friendly and kind to us. They even printed something for me and always helped us order food. Highly recommend! The only thing that bothered me was the noise from trucks and cars.
