Water was shut off without prior notice, so I had no water for washing the next day.

The rest area was better than the accommodation, and the service was terrible. The room had a huge wall‑to‑wall mirror next to the bed, and the room was at the far corner of the building. When I complained, staff said they couldn’t change the room because all national‑tour packages were booked. I’m asking if they will compensate for the discomfort.

All‑self‑service, decent price, the AC worked, the bathroom had plenty of water and a small tub. The only issue was the traffic noise outside, but overall the value was good for a quick overnight stay looking for the cheapest option.
