The location was super convenient. The food, the chairs in the room, our door didn't open all the way because rugs were blocking it. The staff were not accommodating and not willing to assist

I stayed until 25 Aug, and when I asked for a refund they promised it but never processed it.

The spot was decent and parking was a breeze, but the room had a terrible odor, nothing felt truly clean, and the footstep noise from the floor above was loud.
