The location was great and the staff were friendly, but the toilet was broken and no parts were available to repair it. A fire alarm malfunction caused the alarm to go off early in the morning, and we had to alert staff to come assist.

Breakfast was good, but when I asked the manager for cash change on a $100 bill it was denied. The response was “Sorry I can’t help you!”—a real customer service fail. If I needed more I’d have gone to the bank, but $100? Usually that’s a tip at a nice restaurant 😜😜😜

Breakfast at Embassy is always amazing, and that’s one of the main reasons we always book with Embassy. We loved the location, and this Embassy had a hot tub that we enjoyed.
