The hotel's non-smoking policy clearly wasn't enforced, and the lingering smoke smell in my room gave me a nasty headache. To make matters worse, the heater wasn't temperature-controlled, so I was woken up multiple times throughout the night to adjust it. On the bright side, the room was spotless, but that wasn't enough to make up for the other issues.
