“Cheap price shouldn't mean verbal abuse and cheap service!!”

The location across the lake was good, and the bed and towels were clean. The night clerk was extremely rude, complained about the low price, refused to issue a receipt, wouldn't let me pay with a different credit card, and even gave me the finger before denying it. There was no breakfast, no iron, and they claimed I had no right to ask for anything because of the low cost. I had driven 8 hours and was tired, so I would have chosen another place. Cheap price shouldn't mean cheap service!

“Don't get much for $70 US anymore”

I didn’t see any mold in the shower, but the bathroom floor had big holes that were pretty annoying.

The staff were friendly, even though we initially got the wrong room, a downgrade, which they corrected quickly. I was disappointed with the pull‑out sofa bed because it was dirty, full of dust and crumbs, and the mattress itself was uncomfortable.

I found nothing that I liked about the hotel, and it clearly needs a full remodel because it’s falling apart.
