Cleanliness and air‑conditioning are good, and the building’s uniqueness is a plus. The mattress shows wear and is uncomfortable, basic soundproofing is poor, and an outdoor venue was rented for special events without any notice on the booking platform, causing a lot of noise and no prior communication.

The room was clean. The air‑con was hard to adjust. The area itself is convenient but very dirty.

The place was clean and tidy, and two nights there were fine. We didn’t like the location as much as in earlier reviews, the mattresses felt a bit worn and the pillows were too hard. There were no towel hooks, and all the electronics in the room flickered at night.
