We were turned away because the hotel had misplaced our reservation and spent roughly an hour searching for a room. The one they eventually located didn't match our original specifications, forcing us to secure a last‑minute stay elsewhere—an absolute nightmare. That said, it was an unusually busy period, so perhaps you’ll be spared this issue at other times.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful, though the rooms were somewhat small.
Sound insulation was poor; I could hear everything coming from the hallway.
