“全体的ににはほぼ満足です”

ベットの広さ寝心地は良かった 外出する際にフロントの方が行ってらっしゃいませと声をかけてくれたが笑顔は見られなかった. フロントにいらっしゃる従業員の方の表情が硬かった。客商売なので接客は1番大事、第一印象は3秒で決まります もう少し表情を緩め笑顔が見られ声のトーンも気にするようにしていただけたらより一層ホテルのイメージ、ランクも上がるかと思います

“プレジデントホテル”

I felt the hotel accommodated my reservation requests well. The staff training is thorough, and the front desk and the breakfast restaurant staff are all very pleasant. The hotel is about 30 years old, so while the facilities are maintained, some parts still feel dated.

“モーニングはオマケくらいの感覚がいいかも。”

The reception service was good and the system was easy to understand. I didn’t use it this time, but it seems I could order sushi and pizza delivery. The distance from the station isn’t bad. The morning service was honestly just “this is what it is.” There was no seating guidance, so guests could sit wherever they liked. On the day I arrived, the hotel was mostly empty with only one- or two-person groups, yet most seats were for four people, making it awkward for a single guest and confusing because no one directed us. A staff member (an older woman) on the floor seemed indifferent. The food itself was tasty, but the variety and number of items didn’t match the expectation of a top-floor Chinese morning meal; it felt more like a standard business hotel with a “morning included” label.
