“Nicht noch einmal”
Nothing special. The bathroom was tiny and the reception staff felt impersonal.
The staff were very friendly and the rooms were good.
The room was spacious and quiet, the breakfast buffet was excellent, and all the employees were very friendly. The subway connection was good. However, emails sent to a German address should not be in English.
“richtig Klasse”
The staff were friendly, and there was an extra staircase for kids to check in. The old building was preserved, and you could buy Pelikan items. The only downside was that there were only two blankets.
The rooms were very pretty, clean, and air‑conditioned. We stayed in a courtyard‑view room where the bar was loud for a long time, so it was noisy when the windows were open.
