“Pésima atención al cliente”
Nothing good, unfortunately. First, the customer service was bad and they charged a very different amount than indicated because the exchange rate was awful. Also, the room only had one towel and they wouldn’t give a blanket or anything to cover up. Even though we asked for a solution because it was cold at night, they gave us nothing. Finally, they told us the checkout time listed on Booking was wrong.
The location is good. Ventilation is poor.

The service was terrible, and they didn't honor the price in soles that the website listed when I booked the room.

The location is good. The downside is there’s no partition between the bedroom and the bathroom; the bathroom has no door and is separated by a clear glass where you can see everything. There’s no elevator, so if you’re carrying weight you have to take the stairs. They charge extra beyond what Booking shows.
