The location is very convenient, especially for shopping, with everything close by. However, when I arrived, there was leftover food in the refrigerator and on the table, which made me feel the room hadn’t been properly cleaned before check‑in. I hope the hotel improves room cleaning and preparation for future guests.

“Very Disappointing Experience - Rude and Unprofessional Reception Staff”

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. When I checked in, my booked room wasn’t ready, which was already frustrating. The male receptionist was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful. Instead of handling the situation professionally or offering a reasonable solution, his attitude made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. For a hotel in the hospitality industry, this level of customer service is simply unacceptable. Guests deserve respect, especially when the hotel itself fails to have their booked room ready. I sincerely hope management takes this matter seriously, as such behaviour reflects poorly on the hotel’s reputation.

The location is inside the main area, within walking distance to all malls and local shops.
