Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Madison West/Middleton

The spot is unbeatable—I love the location.

“Great overall stay and was reasonable priced”

The place is spotless and the gym was awesome! The pool was great too, but breakfast shut down way too early.

“Good value.”

Breakfast was decent and had a decent variety, but honestly the hotel felt just right for the price.

“Location was convenient, however there is room to grow!”

The staff were friendly and let us pick a room near an elevator or stairway right away. The room looked clean, linens and towels seemed fresh. We stayed mid‑June and had already sent two requests before arriving, yet got no reply. The hotel sends hosts an email whenever a guest edits or contacts them, so I think the communication through OTAs needs to be faster and more proactive. When we got there, construction was going on in the lobby—understandable, but a heads‑up would have helped since we were traveling with a dog that might have been overstimulated by the noise. We avoided the lobby by taking the stairs to our room. Inside the room, it looked clean but there was debris on the floor that we had to toss out, and there was also soapy water in the conditioner dispenser in the shower.

The staff were fantastic and super helpful. Breakfast and the facilities were good, and the beds were comfortable.
