The staff member was helpful and polite, and everything was provided. The capsule was spacious. However, there was no mattress at all; I was lying on a wooden platform and didn’t get any sleep.

When I arrived, there was no check‑in procedure—only a tablet for booking a bed that night. It was confusing because I had no code or instructions on how to enter. I tried contacting the host multiple times but got no reply. I eventually opened the heavy metal door, which was unlocked, and entered. I looked for a clean bed but all were either in use or dirty. The place seemed uncleaned for days or weeks; dirty towels were piled up and the showers were not clean. I kept trying to contact the property, but still received nothing, and no one came to clean or make beds. I had to book another place, which was frustrating after a long journey and costly for a last‑minute booking. I still had no replies and asked for a refund. The hostel replied but didn’t give me a refund. They suggested I leave a review because they assess reviews and will follow up if they want this property, which I highly doubt. I would not recommend it.

Location. No communication whatsoever beyond the automated email confirmation. I sent multiple texts but received no response. The CapSule Guest Room is newly renamed CapSule 24, which has really bad reviews. Unethical business practices.
