“En plus de 10 ans sur Booking c'est la 1ère fois que je suis insatisfait”

Only the location saved this stay, which I regret booking at this hotel. Cleanliness, Wi‑Fi quality, adherence to reservation requests, lack of blackout curtains (in a downtown hotel with a building just a few meters away), faulty bathrooms, no response to legitimate requests (a second duvet to separate two beds because I had booked a twin room, a broken flush for three days, which was unpleasant); what I found under a bed proves that the cleaning was not done. On top of that I was charged €760 for it, which is ridiculous!
