The location was perfect, but the facilities were messy—toiletries were scattered in the bathroom, even empty ones, and the toilet paper ran out quickly; the floors squeaked, the kitchen was so untidy, and cleaning only happened on Mondays instead of daily.

The shared house was fine; I liked that there were limited beds so it stayed comfortable even though it was busy, but there were holes in the walls, a door with a window that wasn’t covered nicely, and no parking.

The place is close to town, but the staff were only visible when we checked out at 9am on Monday, two days after arrival. The toilet paper ran low on a Saturday afternoon, and the cleaners were scheduled for Monday. The spot is great, yet the ads omitted many details: there was no parking and we had to bring our own bedding when leaving, a fact we only discovered upon arrival. The listed phone number didn’t reach reception and the emails went unanswered quickly. As we were on a data‑only plan, we couldn’t call the hotel abroad, so we had to rely on contacts to speak to reception for us, only to find the advertised check‑in times were inaccurate. The ads promised a kettle in our private room, which was false, and there were no communal glasses for alcoholic drinks.
