When I arrived at the hotel, the staff told me the room was already booked even though I had booked it two days earlier, and the service was awful.

The place was excellent and quiet, right next to a garden, but the furniture needs attention and a refresh.

The room was comfortable and peaceful, and there was nothing to complain about.
