No location advantage, and I didn’t like that when I was with a friend, they asked for a marriage certificate and I had to book a different room for her.

Spacious room, but I asked for a baby bed and it was confirmed I wouldn’t get one, cigarette butts were on the poolside, and I didn’t like the breakfast; the fresh items were warm.

Nothing positive, the reception fell below the expected standards of a 4‑star hotel, access to the hotel was not their responsibility, the parking was insufficient given the extreme heat, and the hotel was disappointing.
