I didn’t have breakfast, but overall everything was fine and I slept well for one night. I wish the room and bathroom had been cleaner, but I slept very well. The cleaning of the room, floors, bathroom, shower, and sink was lacking; another guest had used the room before I arrived and it was not properly cleaned. I hope this real feedback helps you avoid letting me stay again. Thanks.
I was greeted at the front desk with a super rude reception, and there were cockroaches everywhere.
The price was good, but I was woken and yelled at to pay again, then told I was a liar and charged again.
It’s closer to where I work, and nothing was wrong.

The towels and linens had a clean smell, but this was the worst property I've stayed at; I waited over an hour to check in because the front desk couldn't connect to the internet to verify my payment through the booking app. The staff were unprofessional, rude, and not accommodating at all. The lady suggested I withdraw money from their ATM to pay for the room in cash since she couldn't pull up the info, then she complained about me with her coworker in Hindi. After the long wait, I was downgraded from a king smoking room to a small queen room, and they couldn't tell me that cable TV or WiFi wouldn't be working in the room I was in. Worst experience ever. Don't waste your money coming here because you will not get what you pay for.
