Air conditioning and the pool were essential features of the property, but the room was too small, the wardrobe was tiny, and the room didn’t have a bathroom.

When we arrived at 01:40am, the receptionist told us she didn’t see our booking, even though we had booked about four weeks earlier. She said there were only four rooms total, but after speaking with the owner she managed to free up three rooms, leaving us and my husband to stay with a friend in a triple room. The owner later refunded the charge on our credit card. The bathroom, though not in the room, was very clean. The owner’s explanation that it was a Booking procedure change might explain the mix‑up.

Jonás gave excellent service and was very kind. Everything else was also excellent.

The staff were very friendly and let me in earlier than the usual check‑in time. The only downside was that the room didn’t have a private bathroom.

The location was good. The bed was uncomfortable, there was no private bathroom, the other guests were noisy, and the place was under renovation.
