This place is a hidden gem, and I'm not just saying that because of the warm welcome I received from the owner, João. He was kind enough to let me in late at night, and the owner, Branca, was like a long-lost aunt, making us feel right at home. The room was spotless, and I'd say it's the best guesthouse in Marvão. I didn't find anything to complain about.

I was impressed by the owner, João, who called me to let me know that it was Valentine's Day and recommended booking a restaurant in Marvão, as it was going to be busy. He even had the room heated up for me when I arrived, and there was a sweet little gift waiting for me. The owner, Branca, was also super friendly, and I loved the decor, which was full of history and character. The room was spotless, but I did find the bed sheets to be a bit too thin and small.
