The pool was great, but the A/C didn’t cool well, there was a surcharge for using electricity, and the bath droppings weren’t cleared up.

Grandioses Toskana Feeling in absoluter Privatsphäre. Schön ausgebaute Steinhaus-Villa mit viel Platz, tolles, gepflegtes Grundstück, vollständig eingezäunt, sodass wir mit unseren zwei kleinen Hunden absolut sicher waren. Sehr großer Pool mit Außendusche, ebenfalls vollständig eingezäunt ist, schöne Aussicht durch die leicht erhöhte Lage, Grundstück nicht einsehbar. Toller Support, Katia war jederzeit erreichbar und hat schnell und hilfreich über Whatsapp geantwortet, auch als wir auf Grund von mehreren Staus die Check-In-Zeit nicht schafften, wurde unkompliziert eine Lösung geboten. Auf Grund der hervorragenden Lage muss man im Haus mit dem ein oder anderen kleinen Mitbewohner rechnen, das bleibt bei dem Grundstück nicht aus und obwohl wir etwas empfindlich dahingehend sind, war es kein Problem für uns. Als Hinweis: Den Stromverbrauch sollte man im Blick behalten um am Ende keine unangenehme Überraschung zu erleben, der sehr große, beheizte und nicht abgedeckte Pool hat einen entsprechenden Verbrauch - zu zweit bei nahezu keiner Klima-Nutzung lagen wir bei 40+ Euro pro Tag. Wenn man etwas finden möchte, könnte man anmerken, dass die Silikonfugen in den Bädern, die wir in der unteren Etage nutzten, nicht mehr die frischesten sind

The garden around the villa is huge and perfect for any activity—we even set up a volleyball court—and the well supplies drinking water. The pool is fairly large and the surrounding area is mostly sunny for almost the whole day. The outdoor table is excellent for meals. There’s also a ping‑pong table and bocce. Every bedroom (except one on the ground floor) has a private bathroom, and the common area on the ground floor is very spacious. The real drawback is the high price for electricity consumption charged to guests. Additionally, most beds are very hard and uncomfortable, which could be improved with toppers. Some showers are in poor condition with low‑height nozzles. The barbecue grill is good size and quality but poorly positioned, far from the pool and outdoor table. Finally, driving a low‑profile car to the villa is not recommended because the road leading to it is dirt and very uneven; I don’t see this as a fault of the villa but rather a warning for future guests.
