The room itself was fine, but the bathroom turned into a hassle because the toilet lock wouldn’t stay shut. Every time I tried to use it, it swung open, which was both noisy and embarrassing. I wish they'd fix that before guests arrive.

The suite was spacious, fully equipped and the staff were friendly, plus the subway stop was only about a five‑minute walk away. Unfortunately a strong cigarette smell seeped into the room through the vents, kept me up and gave me a sore nose. I couldn’t enjoy the otherwise great location.

Staying on the tenth floor gave us a surprisingly quiet night despite the hotel being right in the city centre, and the staff were always ready to help. The non‑smoking policy, however, seems more of a suggestion – the first room we got reeked of cigarettes. It took a while for the smell to clear.

The place feels pretty upscale, and I loved that coffee was on tap all day – I could keep refilling my cup without leaving the lobby. It made the stay feel a bit more indulgent.

Location couldn't be better, right near everything, and the rooms come with all the basics you need. A quirky robot brings food up to your floor, and the free laundry machines are a nice bonus for longer trips.
