Nothing much to say. The appearance, location, entrance, and approach road were all shabby. A star‑rated hotel can’t be in a commercial building with many other businesses, sharing the building. No proper security arrangements were visible. It is doubtful whether the building complies with fire‑fighting norms and other civil defence requirements. The entrance, exit, corridors, etc. were too narrow and gave a feeling of an unsafe place. The first feeling I had when I landed there was not to check in, and I asked for a refund. The hotel reception didn’t cooperate and asked me to talk to someone else. I didn’t have an emergency contact number in Chennai. When I requested them to help with phone numbers, they declined. I was forced to stay there. The room they gave me was shabby. I will share photos.
